RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Article 1 – General Provisions
1.1. Sim and Roz is a brand that meticulously crafts all of its jewelry. All of our products undergo quality controls before being delivered to our customers.
1.2. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised due to the products sold by the SELLER being jewelry and not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons and/or due to the products being prepared in accordance with the BUYER's wishes or personal needs. However, prioritizing customer satisfaction, the right of exchange is granted for all stock products for 30 days from the date of delivery.
1.3. For all exchange requests to be considered, the product must be unused and in resalable condition, with its original box, certificate and accessories.
1.4. The right to exchange is only valid if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Products with any deformation, scratches, impacts, or signs of use are not considered for exchange.
Article 2 – Change Conditions and Process
2.1. The customer may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
2.2. Exchange requests must be made in writing to info@simandroz.com . Products sent without approval will not be accepted.
2.3. In the exchange process, the product must be sent complete with the original invoice or e-archive invoice, certificate, all accessories and box.
Article 3 – Exchange Conditions
3.1. The right of exchange is valid only for stock products.
3.2. Exchanges are only possible on stock products. There is no right to exchange for products with custom designs, changes in size, or modifications.
3.3 When the customer requests an exchange, they can exchange the product for another product in stock. If the price of the new product is different, the difference will be paid or refunded by the customer.
3.4. Products sent for exchange will be thoroughly inspected at the Sim and Roz workshop before approval is granted. Damaged or used products will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer's address.
Article 4 – Products Not Excluded from Exchange
- Products specifically produced or designed for the customer,
- Products that have had their size changed (ring size enlargement/reduction, etc.),
- Products with engraving, additional stones or design changes applied,
- Earrings and piercing products for hygiene reasons,
- Products that are found to be used or damaged,
- Products missing their certificates, original boxes or accessories are not eligible for exchange.
Article 5 – Change Process
5.1. After the exchange request is approved, the product is checked by Sim and Roz and the new product is sent as soon as possible.
5.2. Price differences that may occur during the exchange process will be collected or refunded with customer approval.
5.3. In cases where the product is not suitable for exchange, the customer is informed and the product is sent back in the same condition.
Article 6 – Product Control and Responsibility
6.1. The customer is obliged to check the cargo package upon delivery of the product and to have the cargo officer draw up a report in case of any damage.
6.2. Any damage, impact marks or deformations that occur later on the product received are not included in the scope of exchange.
