This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the following conditions regarding the Distance Sales Contract (“ Contract ”) between the BUYER and the SELLER for online sales, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 dated 07.11.2013 (“ Law No. 6502 ”) and the Distance Contracts Regulation (“ Regulation ”) published in the Official Gazette No. 29188 dated 27.11.2014.

ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT METHOD

3.1 . The BUYER chooses the payment method for the product from the payment screen on the Website.

3.2. BUYER accepts and declares that, before confirming the order, he/she has been informed clearly and understandably by the SELLER under the Agreement and this Preliminary Information Form that the order placed means a payment obligation.

3.3. In order to pay by credit card, the BUYER must fill out the credit card information completely and accurately in the relevant section. Payments can be made in a single payment by credit card, or deferred payments can be made in a number of installments to be determined within the scope of campaigns. In installment transactions, the relevant provisions of the agreement signed between the BUYER and the Bank are valid. The Bank may apply a higher number of installments than the BUYER selected by organizing campaigns and may offer services such as installment deferral. Such campaigns are at the discretion of the Bank. The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that, since deferred sales are made only with bank credit cards, it will separately confirm the relevant interest rates and default interest information with its bank and that, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation, the provisions regarding interest and default interest will be applied within the scope of the credit card agreement between the bank and the BUYER. Deferred/installment payment facilities provided by institutions that issue credit cards, installment cards, etc., such as banks and financial institutions, are a loan and/or installment payment facility provided directly by the said institution; Product sales made within this framework, for which the SELLER collects the full price, are not considered installment sales by the parties to the Agreement; they are cash sales. The SELLER's legal rights in cases legally considered installment sales (including the right to terminate the agreement if any installment is not paid and/or to demand payment of the entire remaining debt, including default interest) are available and reserved. Default interest herein is subject to the provisions of the agreement between the Bank and the BUYER.

3.4. Except for products specially prepared in accordance with the BUYER's requests, the product or products subject to the Agreement will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address specified by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30 (thirty) day period that will be applied from the date the order reaches the SELLER. However, products specially prepared in accordance with the BUYER's request will be delivered within 3 (three) weeks.

3.5. In cases where the product subject to the contract is not in stock, there are shipping restrictions for a certain product or payment approval cannot be obtained, the SELLER has the right not to deliver the product subject to the contract, provided that the SELLER informs the BUYER of the situation and the total price paid by the BUYER is returned to the BUYER within 10 (ten) days at the latest.

3.6. In cases where the delivery of the product subject to the Contract becomes impossible, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER within 3 (three) days from the date on which it becomes aware of the situation and to refund all payments collected, including delivery costs, if any, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notification.

ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised due to the fact that the products sold by the SELLER are jewellery and their return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons and/or they are goods prepared in line with the BUYER's wishes or personal needs.

4.2. By approving this Preliminary Information Form, the BUYER accepts in advance that he/she has been informed about the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 5 - COMPETENT COURT

5.1. If the BUYER has a complaint regarding their order and/or the product they ordered and/or any issue related to their order, they may submit their complaints to the SELLER using the contact information provided above. Submitted complaints will be recorded, evaluated by the authorized bodies, and a resolution will be attempted, and a response will be provided as soon as possible. Furthermore, the BUYER may submit their complaints and objections to the consumer problems arbitration committee or consumer court in the place where they purchased the goods or services or where they reside, within the monetary limits determined each December by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey.

5.2. The BUYER accepts and declares that he/she has read all the explanations and conditions written in the Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form, which is an integral part of the Agreement, and on the Website, that the basic features, qualifications, service fee, payment method, SELLER and all other preliminary information about the product sold have been explained, and that he/she has prior knowledge of all matters written in this Agreement, including the right of withdrawal, personal information, and electronic communication, and that he/she has seen and approved all of them electronically.
